• Manage day to day accounting including invoicing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books • Track cash flow, expenses, and financial commitments • Prepare monthly management accounts, MIS reports, and financial summaries • Coordinate with leadership on budgeting, financial planning, and cost tracking • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ROC, and other statutory requirements in India • Coordinate preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and annual filings • Work closely with external CA firms, auditors, and legal advisors • Maintain compliance calendars and documentation • Implement and maintain accounting and compliance workflows using tools such as Zoho Books and other relevant platforms • Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and audit readiness • Develop efficient SOPs for financial operations • Assist in preparing financial reports required for investors, lenders, and grant programs • Track utilization of funds, project budgets, and reporting obligations
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field • 4 to 8 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or compliance roles • Strong working proficiency in Zoho Books • Familiarity with GST, TDS, ROC filings, and Indian regulatory requirements • Experience working with startups, manufacturing firms, or impact oriented organizations is preferred
