📋 Description

• Conduct technical trials with greater autonomy • Validate the regional positioning of the portfolio • Provide technical support to the sales team • Facilitate alignment among Research & Innovation, Marketing, and Sales • Plan and execute experimental trials with greater analytical independence • Interpret results and propose adjustments to the regional positioning of products • Prepare technical reports, comparative analyses, and strategic summaries • Conduct technical training for the sales team • Develop competitive sales arguments and technical positioning statements • Support Regional Technical Representatives (RTVs) during strategic technical visits to large growers and sales channels • Manage relationships with external consultants and research institutions • Monitor regional trial contracts, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Monitor trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for Marketing and Sales • Organize and conduct technical events and field days • Plan, conduct, and analyze demonstration plots (CRM) • Manage the technical and financial aspects of major events • Manage the regional consulting budget • Plan, install, and conduct field trials with consultants and strategic institutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering • Graduate degree or MBA • Knowledge of Plant Physiology, Plant Protection, Agricultural Microbiology, Integrated Pest Management, and Biological Control • Experience with the region’s predominant crops: citrus and fruits and vegetables (HFF) • Knowledge of the region • Technical knowledge of agricultural production systems • Knowledge of the key crops in the assigned region
