📋 Description

• Lead financial oversight, planning, and analysis for one or more RecargaPay Business Units, such as Payments, Credit, Cards, or Acquiring. • Manage Business Unit financial performance across revenues and direct and indirect costs. • Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans. • Collaborate with the Consolidation team and Business Unit leaders to ensure accurate financial projections. • Lead process optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance. • Establish KPIs, monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and advise on corrective actions. • Provide actionable financial insights for strategic and operational decision-making. • Lead accurate and timely Business Unit financial reporting matched with Accounting reports. • Consolidate data to provide a clear view of business performance. • Assist Financial Consolidation and Senior Finance teams with Business Unit details for investor and stakeholder reporting. • Identify and mitigate financial risks within assigned Business Units. • Advise Business Unit leaders and support decisions aligned with financial and business objectives. • Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams on financial integration. • Work with multiple data sources and Data teams to summarize data for reports and controls. • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred. • Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA, or a Master’s degree, would be a plus. • Proven experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial planning roles within the Brazilian financial market is essential. • Background in digital banking, payment companies, or fintechs preferred as an ideal profile. • Experience with credit products such as personal loans, credit cards, or credit lines is a strong differentiator. • Hands-on approach to day-to-day activities. • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills across different business units and products. • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. • Advanced knowledge of working with data sources in different tools. • Demonstrated professional experience using AI tools, including LLMs, copilots, or automation. • Ability to pivot across business lines, products, and priorities in a dynamic environment. • Good knowledge of Brazilian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements. • US GAAP knowledge would be a plus. • Portuguese fluency required. • English fluency required. • Spanish strongly preferred; candidates with all three languages at executive level will be prioritized. • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations. • Strategic mindset with attention to both broad business goals and details. • Ownership, autonomy, and accountability. • Influence without authority. • Collaboration across teams and geographies. • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing business environment. • Curiosity and continuous learning, especially regarding AI.
