📋 Description

• Implement the strategic plan for technical development and market access. • Ensure initiatives and the market access strategy for B2F customers. • Increase the team’s technical knowledge and expand the scope and quality of service provided to end customers. • Coordinate the Technical Sales Representative (TSR) team regarding technical expertise, conduct, and commitment during visits to farmers. • Build relationships and generate value for Nitro with consulting firms in the region. • Commission research when necessary. • Provide technical support to the TSR commercial team. • Develop projects with influential consulting firms and companies in the region through routine visits, commissioning trial protocols, and portfolio initiatives such as product-mixing demonstrations. • Train TSRs through online and in-person training sessions and practical activities. • Visit farmers. • Contribute technical expertise in plant nutrition to maintain relationships, solve farmers’ problems, and deliver profit margins for the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. • Languages: Basic English is desirable. • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in related activities. • Intermediate Excel skills. • Intermediate PowerPoint skills. • People management. • Knowledge of plant nutrition and physiology and soil fertility (required). • Willingness and availability to travel. • Desirable training: White Belt, SDCA, PDCA, and Compliance. • Ownership mindset. • Proactive approach. • Results-oriented. • Customer-focused. • Execution-focused. • Teamwork.
