📋 Description

• Implement the strategic plan for technical development and market access • Ensure implementation of actions and the access strategy for B2F customers • Coordinate the RTVs team in technical matters, professional conduct and commitment during visits to farmers • Develop projects with consultancies and influential consulting firms in the region • Conduct routine visits, establish protocols and execute portfolio actions, such as mixing trials/demonstrations • Train Technical Sales Representatives through online, in-person and hands-on training • Improve sales techniques, knowledge of the Nitro portfolio and behavioral standards of the RTVs • Conduct visits to growers • Provide technical plant nutrition expertise to solve growers' problems and generate profit margin for the company

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy • Basic English level preferred • Minimum of 3 years of experience in related activities • Intermediate Excel • Intermediate PowerPoint • People management • Knowledge of Plant Nutrition, Plant Physiology and Soil Fertility (Required) • Availability to travel required • Desired trainings: White Belt, SDCA, PDCA, Compliance • Ownership mindset • Proactive • Results-oriented • Customer-focused • Execution-focused • Teamwork
