📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend solutions using Node.js and Express, following ECMAScript 6 or later standards • Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs • Model data and create complex queries in MongoDB, using aggregation to optimize performance • Apply established design patterns when developing Node.js applications • Work with microservices architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems • Use Git for version control and npm/yarn for dependency management • Work with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) • Apply quality assurance and code analysis practices, including automated testing (Jest, Mocha, or Chai) • Implement application observability (logs, metrics, traces, and APMs) and analyze logs using Graylog to resolve incidents • Configure and deploy Node.js applications to production environments • Serve as a technical reference, guiding teams on coding, testing, and design best practices • Participate in technical refinement sessions, translating requirements into implementable solutions • Conduct code reviews, standardize development practices, and ensure the technical quality of deliverables • Assess technical risks, propose mitigation strategies for issues and bottlenecks, and help remove technical impediments • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams • Contribute to the technical organization and planning of sprints • Mentor and develop the team’s technical talent • Participate in the evolution of the system architecture • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Node.js with Express (using ECMAScript 6 or later standards) • MongoDB, preferably with experience creating complex queries using aggregation • TypeScript • Node.js design patterns • RESTful APIs • Git/Bitbucket (pull requests, version control, and branching) • Automated testing (Jest, Mocha, or similar) • SQL • API security best practices (OWASP Top 10, input sanitization, and rate limiting) • Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0) • Knowledge of and experience with Java • Knowledge of Angular • 5+ years of experience working with Node.js • Experience working with financial or banking systems • Experience with financial, banking, or high-volume transaction systems • Knowledge of information security and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
