📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end workstreams, ensuring the quality, timeliness, and impact of deliverables • Structure complex problems, formulate hypotheses, and define analyses to guide decision-making • Conduct business diagnostics based on data, KPIs, interviews, benchmarks, and other sources • Identify root causes, opportunities, and value levers, translating analyses into actionable insights and recommendations • Develop and assess initiatives, quantify impacts, prioritize actions, and build implementation plans • Create management and executive presentations with clear, concise, decision-oriented narratives • Plan and facilitate interviews, meetings, and workshops with clients and stakeholders • Manage stakeholders, building alignment, engagement, and buy-in • Coordinate consultants and analysts by directing activities, reviewing deliverables, and supporting team development • Coordinate workstream execution, anticipating risks, dependencies, and scope or timeline deviations • Support the implementation of recommendations and track results and value captured • Serve as a reference point for the client and the team, proactively proposing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field • Experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or highly complex projects • Experience leading workstreams and more junior professionals • Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work with data and transform analyses into conclusions and recommendations • Excellent synthesis and executive communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience creating presentations and decision-making materials • Ability to lead meetings, workshops, and discussions with clients and senior stakeholders/managers • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) • Autonomy to organize work, set priorities, and ensure execution • Ability to operate in highly complex and ambiguous environments • Advanced English proficiency for working in a professional environment • Previous experience in strategy, management, or transformation consulting • Experience on projects involving direct exposure to senior leadership • Experience with transformation projects delivering measurable impact on revenue, costs, customer experience, or operational efficiency • Experience building business cases, benchmarks, analytical models, and strategic recommendations • Experience developing proposals and identifying new opportunities with clients
