📋 Description

• Execute offshore and local fund movements between banks and liquidity providers to keep USD, EUR, GBP, and local-currency payout accounts funded • Monitor account balances daily and proactively top up accounts • Initiate wires, ACH, and SWIFT transfers within approval limits • Trade stablecoin-to-fiat and fiat-to-stablecoin conversions with liquidity providers to rebalance exposure and fund payouts • Assist with liquidity movements, planning, projections, capital cycles, and repayments • Serve as day-to-day contact for liquidity providers and banking partners across African markets, the US, the UK, and EU • Coordinate wallet whitelisting and cleanup • Monitor counterparty exposure and settlement risk and escalate issues • Reconcile liquidity provider and bank statements against internal records • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and balance discrepancies • Maintain monthly liquidity provider statements for month-end close • Maintain complete records of fund movements and payment transactions • Generate treasury dashboards covering liquidity for risk reporting • Process and review customer refunds • Support funding approvals for operating expenses and payroll liquidity needs • Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Product/Engineering on liquidity-impacting issues, incidents, and launches • Document processes and cross-train Liquidity team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on treasury or liquidity operations experience at a crypto exchange, stablecoin/fintech company, or financial institution • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline • Experience moving fiat and crypto/stablecoin liquidity across multiple banks, liquidity providers, and markets • Experience with African corridors and multi-currency environments including USD, EUR, and GBP preferred • Hands-on experience initiating wire, ACH, and SWIFT payments • Hands-on experience executing spot FX or stablecoin conversions with liquidity provider trading desks • Familiarity with crypto custody/settlement platforms and stablecoins including USDC and USDT • Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail • Ability to work hours aligned mainly with the US business day, including after-hours coverage • Ability to work calmly and quickly under time pressure to resolve urgent liquidity shortfalls • Self-starter with high integrity and comfort operating with real financial authority and autonomy • Advanced degree or certifications such as CA(SA), CIMA/CGMA, or CFA preferred • Exposure to treasury management systems or reconciliation automation tools preferred • General familiarity with the regulatory environment for crypto-asset service providers preferred
