📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for site selection activities, including site identification and feasibility • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key clinical research sites • Identify investigators and research sites through literature and online searches • Collect information to define ideal investigators for studies • Identify and recommend potential investigators • Develop interest survey assessments • Create and coordinate study-specific feasibility questionnaires • Review feasibility questionnaires and recommend sites for qualification visits • Coordinate CRA resource allocation for site qualification visits • Review site qualification visit summaries • Recommend sites for study participation in consultation with sponsors and project teams • Track site selection activities in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) • Attend internal and external project team meetings as necessary • Identify site performance quality issues through project meetings, escalated communications, and quality assurance audit findings • Participate in internal departmental projects and provide site selection and site intelligence expertise • Support the Manager, Site Selection in delivering high-quality project results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or relevant field of study • Excellent oral and written skills in English; French is an asset • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry • Significant and relevant experience in site selection, study start-up activities, site budget/contract negotiation, and/or working closely with sites or in a site environment • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience in dermatological clinical research is an asset • Quick learner, good adaptability and versatility • Ability to work in a team environment and establish good relationships with colleagues, sponsors, and sites • Organized and able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Flexibility, positive attitude, superior attention to detail, and critical thinking skills • Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and applicable Health Canada and FDA regulations/guidelines • Must be legally able to work in Argentina
