• You are independently responsible for planning and organizing all sales activities in your territory • In addition to acquiring new customers, you also manage our existing on-site customer base • Together with our experts, you develop customer-specific, tailored solutions for our clients • You monitor market developments and maintain existing contacts to further expand our network and strengthen our brand
• Commercial training with good technical understanding, or technical training with solid commercial knowledge • Several years of field sales experience selling technically complex products and/or capital goods and/or experience in project business is desirable • High degree of initiative and persuasiveness, with confident communication skills across different hierarchical levels • Ability to read technical drawings and good spatial visualization skills – training in creating AutoCAD drawings will be provided
