📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end payroll process for multiple countries, primarily Hungary and other EU countries • Process employee payments accurately and on time • Conduct payroll reconciliations and address discrepancies with Finance and HR • Manage multi-country payroll considering labour laws, taxation, and reporting requirements • Monitor payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements • Maintain and monitor accurate, confidential, and secure employee payroll data • Administer changes in employment terms, including overtime, bonuses, time off, and timesheets • Provide payroll support to employees and maintain payroll processes and support materials • Communicate payroll-related matters to employees • Manage external payroll and benefits providers • Support payroll and People Systems data analysis and reporting • Generate and analyse payroll reports and provide improvement recommendations • Support benefits-related tasks in target locations • Manage and track Finance changes in the payroll system • Create monthly reconciliation files for payroll-related accounts with Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR/Payroll Administration • Proficiency in payroll and HRIS tools such as BambooHR • Working knowledge of labour law, policies, and regulations across multiple countries considered an asset • Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills across global teams • Strong project and time management skills • Decision-making and critical thinking ability • Ability to operate effectively in an agile and fast-paced environment • Proactive problem-solving skills • Strong ethics and commitment to data confidentiality and legal/regulatory compliance • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth in payroll management
