📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap for crypto wallet security, custody transfers, and new asset listings • Partner with Engineering to ship hot and cold wallet security improvements • Drive the crypto yield roadmap covering staking, lending, stablecoins, and on-chain products with Operations • Set strategy for withdrawal fees, network fee policy, and node infrastructure • Manage vendor relationships with custodians, validators, and infrastructure providers • Track assets-under-custody growth and yield KPIs with Data • Represent Product in incident response for wallet and crypto rail security events

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, including at least 5 years at a crypto exchange, custody provider, or similar crypto-native business • Relevant experience in the European market • Strong technical grounding and ability to discuss wallet security, blockchain fundamentals, and infrastructure trade-offs with engineers • Track record balancing security and compliance requirements with growth and revenue goals • Experience managing stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Security, and Treasury • Solid understanding of crypto fundamentals • Experience with staking, lending, or on-chain yield products desirable • Experience with crypto custody providers or cold storage operations desirable • Background in traditional finance custody or asset servicing desirable
