âą 3+ years in consultative, technical, or high-ticket sales (B2B or B2C). âą Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets. âą Exceptional communication skills (spoken and written) in English. âą Focused on helping customers, adding value, and acting as a trusted advisor âą Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Decoration, or related field preferred. âą Proficient in modern CRM platforms and virtual sales tools. âą Self-directed with reliable equipment (computer, webcam, headset) and high-speed internet. âą Ability to align with U.S. business hours for optimal customer engagement.
