📋 Description
• Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones web y móviles innovadoras • Enfocarse principalmente en el desarrollo backend (70%) en Python • Contribuir a tareas frontend (30%) usando React y React Native • Arquitectar sistemas backend escalables y reutilizables • Construir APIs robustas y asegurar altos estándares de rendimiento • Colaborar con gerentes de producto, diseñadores y partes interesadas • Optimizar el rendimiento de la aplicación y manejar desafíos • Realizar revisiones de código y mentorizar a desarrolladores junior • Usar herramientas de IA para agilizar flujos de trabajo
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software • Experiencia sólida en Python y tecnologías frontend • Dominio de Python, Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis • Experiencia con React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript • Confort con herramientas de IA para la productividad • Mentalidad analítica y capacidad de resolución de problemas • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés • Enfoque en la experiencia del usuario y soluciones tecnológicas escalables • Proactivo y cómodo en un entorno ágil distribuido
