📋 Description

• Design, edit and adapt video content primarily for small and medium-sized businesses • Edit videos from provided footage, scripts or briefs • Structure content to create clear and engaging storytelling • Handle footage review, cutting, editing and color grading • Refine pacing, transitions and video graphics • Integrate music, sound effects, voiceovers and other audio elements • Create content tailored to Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Facebook • Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form pieces of content • Add subtitles, animated elements, visual hooks and calls to action • Produce videos for Meta Ads, Google Ads and other advertising platforms • Develop creative variations and collaborate with Paid Media specialists • Test and adapt hooks, pacing, messaging and formats based on campaign performance • Design motion graphics and motion design content • Animate logos, text, icons, illustrations and brand assets • Create explainer videos, interviews, customer testimonials and corporate videos • Produce presentation videos for websites, presentations, events and marketing campaigns • Adapt core content into multiple versions for different distribution channels • Use AI tools where relevant and explore new video-generation and editing tools • Stay up to date with video, Social Media and motion design trends • Propose new formats and concepts tailored to client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, demonstrable experience in video editing and/or motion design, ideally in an agency environment or working with multiple clients • Excellent command of editing, storytelling, pacing and post-production • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects • Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus • Strong skills in animating text, shapes, logos and graphic elements • Excellent understanding of the formats and conventions of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Facebook • Good understanding of video creative principles applied to advertising campaigns and digital acquisition • Ability to work with voices, music and sound effects to achieve a professional result • Ability to maintain and adapt a visual identity across video productions • Good understanding of emerging AI tools for video creation and editing • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Creativity, autonomy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team • A showreel or portfolio showcasing a range of completed videos and animations is essential
