📋 Description

• Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications in alignment with business requirements. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices. • Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Ensure the successful execution of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment. • Participate in code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standards. • Stay current with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations to integrate new technologies. • Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. • A minimum of 7 years of software development experience, specializing in Outsystems. • At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem. • Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices. • Experience with Agile project management methodologies. • Strong communication and team collaboration skills. • A proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex problems. • Outsystems certification(s) is highly regarded.
