⢠Partner with the business across multiple departments on all aspects of the hiring process for crypto talent. ⢠Develop strategies to meet hiring goals and work alongside hiring managers to align priorities and objectives ⢠Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels ⢠Plan out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract talent ⢠Ensure great candidate experience keeping candidates informed and well-prepared throughout the entire process ⢠Provide data-driven progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership ⢠Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come
⢠Crypto or Blockchain enthusiast required ⢠3+ years of recruiting experience in a technical industry or company ⢠Experience recruiting highly specialized talent (ideally with some crypto / blockchain or executive hiring focus) ⢠Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires ⢠Experience leveraging niche channels to source candidates ⢠Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment ⢠Experience using the recruiting tools: ATS systems, LinkedIn, leveraging social media, etc. ⢠Strong written and verbal communications skills
