📋 Description

• Deliver client value by deploying and utilizing the Bloomreach Engagement Platform • Gather business requirements during implementation • Prepare data structures and manage data migration processes • Deploy automated programs • Advise clients strategically on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, email, and mobile technologies • Build client relationships and maximize platform utilization, KPIs, and ROI • Develop business strategies and roadmaps with Customer Success Managers • Become a subject-matter expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform • Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in DACH, Nordics, UK, or Benelux regions • Support continuous improvement of client sites, shops, and apps • Audit web pages and online shops; design, manage, and evaluate A/B tests • Teach clients to use the CDP platform and prepare business reports • Oversee implementation of client applications, websites, and online shops • Communicate with clients through online channels and on-site visits • Use AI tools to improve daily work efficiency • Collaborate with internal teams on product-focused services and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in B2B and/or B2C as a vendor, agency, in-house eCommerce professional, SaaS employee, or consultant • Ability to independently structure work, manage multiple customer initiatives, and navigate ambiguous situations • Consulting mindset and ability to challenge assumptions, ask questions, and act as a trusted advisor • Curiosity and willingness to learn • Stakeholder and relationship management skills • English language business proficiency
