📋 Description

• Deliver value to Bloomreach clients by deploying and utilizing the Engagement Platform • Gather business requirements during implementation • Prepare data structures and manage data migration processes • Deploy automated programs • Advise clients on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, email, and mobile technologies • Build strong client relationships and improve platform utilization, KPIs, and ROI • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop client-aligned business strategies and roadmaps • Become a subject-matter expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform • Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in DACH, Nordics, UK, or Benelux regions • Support continuous improvement of client sites, shops, and apps • Audit web pages and online shops; design, manage, and evaluate A/B tests • Communicate with clients, teach CDP platform usage, suggest product improvements, and prepare reports • Oversee implementation of client applications, websites, or online shops • Communicate regularly through online channels and on-site visits • Use AI tools to improve daily work efficiency • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product-focused services and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in B2B and/or B2C as a vendor, agency, in-house eCommerce professional, SaaS employee, or consultant • Ability to independently structure work, manage multiple customer initiatives, and navigate ambiguous situations • Consulting mindset with ability to challenge assumptions, ask effective questions, and act as a trusted advisor • Curiosity and willingness to learn • Stakeholder and relationship management skills • English language business proficiency • Willingness or ability to work from Czechia or Slovakia, with full-time office options in Bratislava or Brno/Prague • Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, or MCPs is advantageous but not required • Working knowledge of marketing technology or customer engagement platforms is advantageous but not required • German or a Nordic language is advantageous but not required • Industry or vertical expertise is advantageous but not required • Background in performance marketing, CRM, online analytics, marketing automation, personalization, or campaigns is advantageous but not required • Technical experience with APIs, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, or similar technologies is advantageous but not required
