📋 Description

• Become a subject-matter expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform • Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in the US • Support clients with continuous improvement of their sites, shops, or apps • Audit web pages and online shops • Design, manage, and evaluate A/B tests • Propose changes to enhance customer experience and raise conversion rates • Teach clients how to use the CDP platform • Suggest product improvements and prepare reports for business decisions and project evaluation • Oversee implementation of client applications, websites, or online shops • Communicate regularly with clients through online channels and on-site visits • Use AI tools to improve efficiency in daily work • Gather business requirements, prepare data structures, manage data migration, and deploy automated programs • Advise clients on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, email, and mobile technologies • Build client relationships, maximize platform utilization, and improve KPIs and ROI • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop business strategies and roadmaps • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product-focused services and drive process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C, including vendor, agency, in-house eCommerce, or other client-facing roles • Curiosity and a growth mindset; ability to quickly understand customer problems and learn fast • Working knowledge of a marketing technology or customer engagement platform is preferred, such as Bloomreach Engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Adobe, Braze, or Emarsys • Background in performance marketing or CRM management is a strong advantage • Experience with online analytics, marketing automation, personalization, Campaigns, or similar is advantageous • AI enthusiasm is a strong advantage • Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, or MCPs is advantageous • Independence and self-organization • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations • French language skills are preferred in addition to English
