📋 Description

• Become a subject matter expert on the Bloomreach Engagement platform • Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in the US • Support clients in continuously improving their sites, shops, or apps • Audit web pages and online shops • Design, manage, and evaluate A/B tests • Propose changes to enhance customer experience and raise conversion rates • Communicate with clients and teach them how to use the CDP platform • Suggest product improvements and prepare reports for business decisions and project evaluation • Oversee implementation of client applications, websites, or online shops • Communicate regularly with clients through online channels and on-site visits • Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency in daily work • Gather business requirements, prepare data structures, manage data migration, and deploy automated programs • Advise clients on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, email, and mobile technologies • Build client relationships, maximize platform utilization, and improve KPIs and ROI • Develop business strategies and roadmaps with Customer Success Managers • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product-focused services and drive process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C, whether at a vendor, agency, in-house eCommerce, or another client-facing role • Curiosity and a growth mindset; willingness to learn quickly • Working knowledge of a marketing technology or customer engagement platform preferred, such as Bloomreach Engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Adobe, Braze, or Emarsys • Background in performance marketing or as a CRM manager is a strong advantage • Experience with online analytics, marketing automation, personalization, Campaigns, or similar is advantageous • AI enthusiasm is a strong advantage • Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, or MCPs is advantageous • Independence, self-organization, and ability to navigate ambiguous situations • French language skills preferred on top of English
