📋 Description

• Develop a reliable, high-throughput data pipeline using Python, Go, MongoDB, GCP, and related technologies • Improve worker efficiency, monitoring, and infrastructure autoscaling for real-time tracking processing tens of thousands of requests per second • Improve the throughput and reliability of imports involving millions of data rows • Implement integrations with additional data storage systems • Export platform data to Google BigQuery using Google Dataflow, PySpark, and Apache Beam • Run and support production services handling high-volume traffic with Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes • Review peers’ code and participate in the four-eyes code review process • Work on increasingly complex projects and multi-milestone deliverables • Participate in on-call rotation and mitigate incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Python and a solid grasp of engineering practices • Experience with Go is a big advantage • Experience with ETL pipelines and large-scale data ingestion from SQL and non-SQL sources • Experience with data cleanup, sanitization, transformations, and loading cleaned data into optimized storage • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment • Ability to learn and adapt while exploring new technology, navigating a large codebase, and iterating on team processes • Familiarity with Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, GitLab, Google Cloud Platform, Dataflow, PySpark, Apache Beam, BigQuery, BigLake Table, DataProc, Flink, MongoDB, and Redis
