📋 Description

• Work directly with end-users, process owners, and client engineers to understand workflows and underlying problems. • Translate target-state processes into technical solutions covering architecture, data models, integrations, agent and workflow design. • Ship solutions in days and weeks rather than quarters. • Build full-stack systems with a TypeScript backend, integrations, LLM orchestration, and evals. • Demo working software early and often and incorporate user feedback into iterations. • Make real-time speed, quality, and cost trade-offs, including build-versus-buy-versus-configure decisions. • Own observability and evals after deployment and iterate for reliability in customer environments. • Build trust with client engineering and security teams around API access, data flows, deployment, and reviews. • Develop reusable components, prompt structures, and integration approaches for future engagements. • Work as part of a small senior team alongside a Senior Consultant and other Forward Deployed Engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Builder background with real shipping experience; taken systems from zero to production and kept them running. • Fluent with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, tool and function calling, agent frameworks, evals, and prompt engineering. • Strong with TypeScript on the backend. • Comfortable with APIs, auth, queues, and integrating with legacy systems. • Daily, fluent use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools. • Customer-facing instinct and enjoyment of working directly with users. • Ability to move fast, communicate clearly, and operate well with ambiguity. • Comfortable working in unfamiliar domains and producing working prototypes. • Fluency in English; German is a plus. • MUST: Experience automating business processes in the ERP space, including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar, or prior background in consulting, solutions engineering, or founding/building products end-to-end.
