📋 Description

• Develop commercial opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients • Contact and conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients • Understand each client’s financial situation, needs, and goals • Build and maintain close, long-term relationships • Serve as the link between the client and the Financial Planning Desk, communicating identified information and needs • Monitor the progress of client requests with the Financial Planning Desk • Present the strategies developed and guide clients in understanding them • Conduct follow-ups and monitor client progress • Identify new opportunities through relationships with the client portfolio • Organize and manage the routine of client contacts, meetings, and follow-up activities • Focus on relationship building, conversion, and portfolio development

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to lead meetings • Commercial, consultative, and results-oriented profile • Ability to build relationships and establish rapport with clients • Organization, autonomy, and discipline in managing daily activities • Interest in financial markets and motivation to develop a career in the field • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus • Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus • Knowledge of or certifications related to financial markets are a plus
