• Manage the company’s finances, ensuring that all financial operations are carried out effectively • Structure the Finance Department’s processes • Oversee the department and manage the team • Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports • Develop and monitor budgets and manage investments • Implement strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs • Build and establish processes for the department • Stay up to date on financial market trends and identify growth and improvement opportunities for Portus Digital

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic decisions • Solid knowledge of finance and accounting • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team • Assertive verbal and written communication skills • Experience coordinating a Finance function, including building and maintaining the department’s structure and processes
