📋 Description

• Own the marketing strategy and roadmap for the consumer VIP wealth management and lending programs • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for mass-affluent, VIP, and high-net-worth audiences • Identify valuable customer segments and design acquisition, deepening, and retention programs • Plan and execute paid, owned, and earned acquisition campaigns driving sign-ups, deposits, AUM, and loan originations • Work with growth and performance marketing teams to scale successful initiatives and develop new channels • Build referral, partner, and ambassador programs for premium financial audiences • Track and report AUM, net new deposits, loan book size, revenue, retention, and CAC/LTV • Design lifecycle programs across email, push, in-app, and CRM • Create high-touch VIP communications and retention programs, including wealth/lending cross-sell • Translate complex wealth and lending mechanics into clear, trustworthy copy • Produce or commission landing pages, product guides, comparison content, case studies, and educational materials • Partner with research and content teams on wealth and lending content • Collaborate with wealth and lending product teams on roadmap, launches, and in-product experience • Coordinate with compliance and legal on accurate, compliant marketing • Partner with brand, growth, content, social, and lifecycle teams across the customer journey • Establish positioning frameworks, measurable acquisition and lifecycle programs, transparent KPI dashboards, and demonstrable six-month growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of marketing experience, with meaningful time spent owning consumer financial products end-to-end • Demonstrable track record growing a product against hard commercial KPIs (AUM, deposits, loan originations, revenue, retention) • Strong strategic instincts paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and ship the work • Strong written English and the ability to communicate sensitive financial concepts clearly and credibly • Comfort working with data: defining the funnel, setting KPIs, and using analytics to make decisions • Experience working with compliance and legal teams on regulated financial marketing • Self-starter mindset; ability to set direction, prioritise, and operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment • Location in the Philippines • Direct experience marketing wealth management, private banking, lending, or crypto yield/lending products is nice to have • Working knowledge of crypto, digital assets, and the broader institutional and HNW landscape is nice to have • Experience marketing to VIP or HNW audiences is nice to have • Familiarity with crypto-specific channels and communities is nice to have • Comfort using AI tooling is nice to have
