• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks. • Extract, transform, and load (ETL/ELT) data from multiple enterprise data sources. • Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for HR and People Analytics. • Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation. • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting environments. • Optimise existing data models and reporting solutions for performance and scalability. • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot data issues and implement sustainable fixes. • Document data processes, models, and technical solutions. • Support continuous improvements to the organisation's analytics and reporting capabilities.
• 3–5 years' experience as a Data Engineer or similar data-focused role. • Strong experience with Databricks. • Advanced SQL development skills. • Proven experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI. • Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines. • Understanding of data modelling and data warehousing principles. • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. • Ability to work independently in a remote, globally distributed team.
