📋 Description

‱ Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audience pain points, trends, content gaps, and opportunities ‱ Source and engage senior executives to participate as speakers and expert contributors ‱ Conduct strategic interviews with C-level executives and specialists ‱ Define the editorial line and positioning for conferences ‱ Develop the Value Proposition Briefing (VPB), full program, persuasive copy, and practical case studies ‱ Confirm high-caliber speakers and meet programming composition targets ‱ Keep the agenda up to date during the promotional campaign ‱ Align content individually with each speaker prior to the event ‱ Support promotional materials and provide input to Marketing and Revenue teams ‱ Represent the conference institutionally in the market ‱ Serve as master of ceremonies and moderate sessions during events ‱ Ensure program flow and manage speaker-related contingencies ‱ Follow guidelines set by the Operations team ‱ Conduct and consolidate the conference debrief ‱ Engage stakeholders in analyzing metrics and identifying improvement opportunities ‱ Document strategic insights to inform planning for future editions

🎯 Requirements

‱ Strategic and editorial vision to identify trends, structure topics, and ensure narrative consistency ‱ Ability to curate content and prospect senior executives and specialists ‱ Skill in conducting in-depth interviews with C-level executives and subject-matter experts ‱ Ability to edit and produce clear, accessible, and persuasive corporate content ‱ Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, priorities, and deadlines ‱ Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) ‱ Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting ‱ Familiarity with videoconferencing tools ‱ Familiarity with event management platforms (desirable) ‱ Background in production or editorial management, corporate content editing, and conducting strategic interviews ‱ Proven experience in sourcing speakers and managing relationships with executives is essential ‱ Degree in Journalism, Communications, or related fields ‱ English and Spanish fluency desirable ‱ Executive presence and relational maturity to interact with senior leadership ‱ Intellectual curiosity and broad perspective on industries and trends ‱ Strategic proactivity ‱ Autonomy and self-management ‱ Resilience and adaptability ‱ Clear and persuasive communication ‱ Collaborative spirit to work with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
