• Create, adapt and finalize graphic assets for corporate events, social media, presentations, advertisements, and institutional materials • Produce visual identity materials for conferences: banners, totems, LED panels, badges, backdrops, and signage • Apply and maintain brand consistency for event brands and Blueprintt across different formats, digital and print • Prepare files for print with attention to bleed, safety margins, color settings and calibration • Collaborate with branding, marketing and video teams to align campaigns and visual concepts • Keep files organized in Figma, with standardized versioning and naming conventions
• Proficiency in Figma for creating, componentizing and applying design systems • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Basic knowledge of motion design (After Effects, animated Canva or similar) is a plus • Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, composition and grid systems • Ability to follow, adapt and evolve visual identities while maintaining consistency across events and brands • Keen eye for harmony between digital and print • Commitment to deadlines and a strong sense of ownership over deliverables • Autonomy to manage your own workflow while staying aligned with the team • Organized and detail-oriented in every deliverable • Clear communication with partner areas (marketing, video and content) • Proactive in proposing solutions and anticipating project needs • Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising or related fields • Certifications in Figma, Adobe, Motion Design, print production or event design are a plus • Practical portfolio required, demonstrating technical proficiency and aesthetic sensibility.
