📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams and leaders to understand their improvement needs • Identify solutions to address specific business challenges • Use data and metrics to make informed decisions • Build relationships and communicate effectively with people at different levels of seniority and across various departments • Support the acquisition of new advertisers and the expansion of Pesados Online’s heavy equipment inventory • Develop commercial initiatives to attract owners and companies interested in selling their equipment • Support the prospecting of customers, advertisers, and new business opportunities • Promote engagement among the internal sales team by encouraging the use of Pesados Online, equipment acquisition, and business generation • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and monitoring of sales agents • Manage Pesados Online’s social media channels, including content planning, creation, and publishing • Produce promotional materials, short videos, reels, stories, and content for commercial campaigns • Create incentive campaigns, promotional initiatives, and support materials for salespeople and agents • Use artificial intelligence tools to create content, conduct analyses, and increase productivity • Identify improvement opportunities and propose automation solutions for marketing and sales processes, overseeing their implementation with the IT and Projects teams • Monitor acquisition, engagement, lead generation, and commercial performance metrics • Research competitors, market trends, and new growth opportunities • Support the planning and execution of Pesados Online’s sales and marketing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree or technology degree, with expected graduation from December 2027 onward • Demonstrate strong attention to detail • Be able to prioritize competing demands • Excel at solving problems creatively and be able to report and document requests and results • Thrive in a constantly changing environment • Have the ability to influence others and remain results-oriented in a dynamic environment
