📋 Description
• Review and organize data across multiple platforms, including the company portal, HubSpot, Notion, and others • Use AI tools to speed up and improve data analysis • Help define key metrics and KPIs for different teams • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using AI-driven tools where helpful • Partner with teams across the company on data and reporting needs • Identify opportunities to introduce AI-driven approaches to data tracking and reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence • Comfort working across multiple tools and data sources, including AI-driven analysis tools • Efficient, everyday use of AI is a baseline expectation • Track record of turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that produced measurable results • Strong attention to detail and rigor in validating and cross-checking data • Strong communication skills for explaining data to non-technical stakeholders • Self-starter comfortable in a remote-first environment
