📋 Description

• Design and build AI systems behind real, production-grade applications • Own the full path from idea to deployment, including evaluation and observability • Create multi-step agents and tool-using LLM systems • Integrate AI workflows into business-critical environments • Collaborate with engineers, strategists, and designers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience shipping AI-powered systems in production • Background in computer science, math, physics, engineering, or another technical or scientific field • Strong in Python • Fluent in the patterns of modern LLM engineering: agents, MCP, skills, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, and evals • Real software engineer skills: CI/CD, testing, version control hygiene, and code quality • Comfort with balancing accuracy, latency, cost, and maintainability • Experience debugging production systems • Ability to wrap AI logic into services
