📋 Description
• Identify skilling and learning needs of employees and the organization. • Create customized learning plans for individuals and teams. • Design learning strategies and programs with subject matter experts. • Ensure compliance with training schedules and the learning charter. • Manage the budget for learning and development activities.
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of experience in managing a learning center for talent focused companies. • Experience in using Learning Management Systems. • Postgraduate degree in business, human resources or related fields (preferred). • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods and tools. • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and communication skills.
