• Connect Bodycote with the external talent market • Drive attraction and hiring solutions to support business performance and growth • Own end-to-end recruitment across Western Europe, with a particular focus on France and Germany • Identify and engage talent across France and Germany using varied recruitment channels and tools • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders • Influence hiring decisions through a collaborative and consultative approach • Enhance Talent Acquisition practices and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sourcing capability, with solid experience in identifying and engaging talent across France and Germany using a variety of recruitment channels and tools • A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes and enhancing Talent Acquisition practices • The ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions through a collaborative and consultative approach • Fluency in English, French, and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred location is either Germany or France • Some travel may be required depending on business needs
