📋 Description

• Manage capital investments to ensure plant technical assets meet business needs • Manage field engineering projects for new plant infrastructures and machines or improvements to existing equipment • Ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards • Manage new investment projects, including production line development, process improvement, and utilities • Support initiatives and coordinate suppliers from concept and implementation through start-up • Ensure timely, safe, and budgeted project execution • Lead process development activities, including feasibility analysis • Contribute to manufacturing efficiency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Procurement functions • Ensure compliance with company standards and achievement of manufacturing performance targets • Report directly to the HC Engineering Manager and work within a multi-site engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar • 1–3 years of experience in project management, product/production development, or industrialization roles within FMCG, Personal Care, or manufacturing environments • Project and stakeholder management • Problem solving and proactivity • Teamwork, ownership, and adaptability • Basic understanding of plant utilities, industrial automation, and machinery mechanics • Feasibility and cost analysis • Project planning tools and manufacturing basics • Excel and AutoCAD; SAP is a plus • Italian native • Business English
