📋 Description

• Contact delinquent US-based clients to discuss overdue balances and facilitate timely payment resolution • Negotiate payment plans • Document customer interactions, commitments, payment arrangements, and account activity • Investigate and resolve customer contract, billing, and payment inquiries • Execute collections strategies aligned with company policies and financial objectives • Partner with internal teams to resolve account issues and implement preventative measures • Communicate account-level risks and insights to management • Generate and analyze collections reports to evaluate performance trends and progress against targets • Collaborate with team members to meet individual and departmental performance targets • Conduct inbound and outbound customer calls with US-based clients in English • Manage competing priorities using multitasking and time-blocking strategies aligned to US time zones

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role • Bilingual English/Spanish required • Strong written and spoken English fluency essential for customer-facing communications with US-based clients • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Ability to maintain a schedule aligned to US Central or Eastern business hours • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment • Proficient in using collection software • Experience with Salesforce, HighRadius and WorkDay Financials a plus • Reliable high-speed internet connection required • At least 6 hours of overlap with US business hours required • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico • Unable to consider candidates requiring current or future sponsorship for employment authorization
