📋 Description

• Lead the technical design and implementation of new partner integrations • Own the full service lifecycle, including development, deployment, monitoring, alerting, and incident response • Manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform Infrastructure as Code • Create and maintain technical documentation for internal teams and external partners • Use AI agents and tools to automate infrastructure, log analysis, and performance monitoring • Optimize system performance and ensure high availability of integration services • Evolve the integration strategy with a platform-first approach • Ensure secure, high-performance communication between internal and external systems • Provide technical support for the connectivity layer • Own end-to-end delivery and business impact of integrations and platform features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, focused on backend development • Deep understanding of RESTful API design, HTTP, authentication/OAuth, and webhook management • Understanding of GraphQL concepts • Proven experience with AWS, including ECS, Lambda, and RDS • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Strong experience setting up and maintaining monitoring and alerting solutions such as New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog • Ability to translate complex system designs into clear, actionable technical documentation • Solid experience with modern backend languages such as PHP/Laravel and Node.js/TypeScript • Expertise in database design using MySQL and NoSQL, including query optimization for large-scale data • Proficiency integrating and leveraging AI-assisted programming and agents in daily workflow • Fluency in English • Experience with containerization using Docker
