📋 Description

• Independently shape the direction of an SEO business unit and take ownership of key decisions • Build and scale an SEO business unit within YEEP, owning its strategy, growth, and financial results • Identify new business opportunities, evaluate markets, select promising projects, and define growth priorities • Leverage YEEP’s infrastructure, resources, and expertise to accelerate business growth and achieve sustainable results • Build a team, make strategic decisions, and directly influence income through delivered results

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on SEO expertise with proven results in growing organic traffic and developing successful SEO projects • Experience in iGaming SEO or affiliate marketing • Solid understanding of traffic acquisition and monetization • Strategic and analytical thinking, including identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and scaling successful approaches • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership of SEO performance and business results • Ability to work independently, make decisions, manage priorities, and use resources effectively • Experience managing SEO projects or teams, or strong ambition to build and lead a team • Understanding of SEO project economics, budgeting, and profitability • Motivation to build something of your own and influence earnings through business performance • Experience managing a full P&L is a plus, but not a must • Open to Senior SEO Specialists, SEO Team Leads, and SEO Entrepreneurs with proven results and ambition to grow their own business
