📋 Description

• Organize the SEO team’s daily work in line with agreed goals and priorities • Create SEO plans, distribute tasks, monitor execution, and review solution quality • Monitor a large portfolio of websites, including indexing, rankings, traffic, and technical health • Identify performance drops and growth opportunities, and implement SEO improvement plans • Implement standards, templates, and checklists for large-scale launches and ongoing website management • Identify automation opportunities, prepare technical requirements for Dev, test implementations, and introduce tools into workflows • Organize SEO tests, document results, and scale validated approaches • Coordinate SEO tasks with Content, Dev, Link Building, and Affiliate teams • Report on SEO performance, issues, and next steps • Develop SEO specialists and participate in professional candidate assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing a large portfolio of hundreds or thousands of website domains simultaneously, including grouping, bulk checks, monitoring, and prioritization of SEO activities • Strong technical SEO expertise, including indexing, crawling, canonicals, redirects, duplicates, sitemaps, robots.txt, and internal linking • Experience automating SEO processes, including data collection and processing, checks, alerts, reporting, and bulk operations • Ability to prepare technical requirements for developers, define acceptance criteria, and verify implemented solutions • Proficiency with GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar tools, rank trackers, and Google Sheets for large datasets • Practical knowledge of semantics, website structure, content optimization, and link building • Experience managing an SEO team, including planning, task assignment, quality control, and specialist development • Ability to conduct SEO tests, evaluate results, and scale successful solutions • Experience in iGaming, affiliate SEO, and single-brand projects is a plus • Experience with large-scale website launches across multiple GEOs and languages is a plus • Experience with newly registered domains, dropped domains, and redirect monitoring is a plus • Practical skills with Python, SQL, Apps Script, n8n, or other automation tools are a plus • Experience with API integrations and consolidated dashboards is a plus • Experience using AI to scale SEO processes while maintaining quality control is a plus
