📋 Description

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads • Manage advertising budgets of $300 000+ and ensure efficient allocation • Achieve and maintain target CPA, ROAS, and ROI metrics • Optimize web funnels to increase conversion rates • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions • Identify growth opportunities and scale profitable campaign setups • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve ad creatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Google Search, Demand Gen campaigns, and the Google Display Network (GDN) • Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $300 000+ per month • Hands-on experience working with web funnels • Strong understanding of CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and LTV • Data-driven approach to campaign optimization, scaling, and performance improvement
