📋 Description

• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions within the Intralogistics to Demand process landscape • Drive business value of assigned intralogistics processes in alignment with global supply-chain and process strategy • Define, implement, standardize, and continuously improve warehouse-management processes, including goods receipt, put-away, internal warehouse processes, picking, packing, goods issue, shipping, and inventory management • Support and execute international SAP rollout, migration, and S/4HANA transformation projects • Perform business-requirements analysis, process design, testing, deployment, and user-acceptance activities • Support integration and optimization of SAP and non-SAP warehouse-management systems, including SAP WM, SAP LE, SAP IM, BOWAS, custom warehouse-management solutions, and SAP S/4HANA • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, IT, logistics organizations, service providers, and external partners • Train, coach, and support business users and external partners in adopting standardized warehouse-management processes • Drive change management • Create and maintain process documentation, functional specifications, test documentation, training materials, and other project artifacts • Apply relevant company and interdepartmental procedures • Perform other tasks related to the area of responsibility as requested by the direct superior

🎯 Requirements

• University Diploma or High school Diploma • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field • English language proficiency • Extensive business experience in procurement logistics, production logistics, and/or manufacturing • Experience in SAP consulting or industry environments • SAP knowledge in intralogistics, including LE/WM/EWM • Knowledge of EDI, digital supplier integration, S/4HANA, and EWM is an advantage • Experience in SAP functional consulting and implementation projects, such as sub-project leader, key user, or consultant • Strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence • Passion for digital transformation and AI-enabled supply chains • Initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams • Proactive, results-oriented, adaptable, ownership-oriented, and willing to learn • Ability and willingness to work internationally and travel regularly as required
