📋 Description

• Partner with Martin (AI Engineer) on agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and next-generation AI capabilities • Design and implement AI-powered features using existing large language models • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases where AI can improve customer experience • Build multi-step agent workflows that reason over requirements documents and system specifications • Integrate AI systems with internal data sources to expand agent knowledge • Work with the engineering team to deploy AI features into production environments

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year working with LLMs • Strong interest in agentic technologies and techniques • Experience integrating AI capabilities in previous roles, preferably with a variety of AI APIs, tools, and frameworks • Comfortable owning implementations end to end and learning required tools as needed • Knowledge of security, data privacy, and data hygiene, especially surrounding agent integration • Ability to thrive in a startup environment with substantial creative freedom • Based in Germany and have the right to work in Germany • Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Weaviate, or pgvector (nice to have) • Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex (nice to have) • Experience in Azure AI Foundry and other Azure products (nice to have) • Experience with React or a similar modern web technology such as Vue or Svelte (nice to have)
