📋 Description

• Use AI tools actively and fluently as part of the design workflow • Apply technical design expertise to direct AI outputs toward high-quality, production-ready results • Stay ahead of emerging AI design tools, techniques, and patterns • Explore AI-native product experiences and push the product in that direction • Design end-to-end product experiences, including screens, flows, interactions, and AI-driven interfaces • Own design delivery from concept through handoff with high-quality Figma deliverables • Maintain and evolve the company's design system and interaction patterns • Iterate based on Engineering, commercial-team, and customer feedback • Work closely with Engineers, especially the AI team, to design buildable and technically sound solutions • Clarify design intent, edge cases, and interactions during implementation • Preserve design quality through development independently • Connect regularly with Sales and Implementation teams to capture customer feedback and operational context • Translate customer complaints, requests, and friction points into product improvements • Validate design decisions against real usage patterns and market expectations in logistics and B2B platforms • Bring proactive proposals based on independent findings

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer in B2B or complex product environments • Experience designing for or building AI-native products where AI is core to the experience • Highly fluent with Figma and AI-powered design tools for design, prototyping, and collaboration • Comfortable in close, ongoing collaboration with Engineering, including technical discussions and implementation support • Ability to design data-heavy and workflow-driven interfaces for operational B2B environments • Autonomous, proactive, and vocal; brings ideas and pushes initiatives forward without waiting to be directed • Hungry to explore what's possible and continuously improve products • Comfortable operating with speed and quality in a fast-moving startup environment
