📋 Description

• Own the internal link structure across the website and blog • Implement and maintain hub-and-spoke cluster architecture across core topic areas • Manage 301 redirects, canonical tags, and URL strategy • Ensure correct schema markup and accessibility to LLM crawlers • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues, including broken links, 404 errors, mixed content, hreflang tags, and crawl errors • Conduct ongoing technical audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console • Work with development and HubSpot teams to implement and verify fixes • Develop and execute backlink strategies through PMS partner relationships • Pursue placements on industry publications and manage outreach for comparison and alternative pages • Monitor referring domains and disavow toxic backlinks • Build keyword-optimized content briefs using Clearscope and AirOps • Manage the content calendar and prioritization pipeline • Review and publish content and ensure on-page requirements are met • Oversee content refresh cycles • Improve content production workflows in AirOps • Maintain keyword maps using Ahrefs and track competitor keyword movements • Run quarterly content gap analyses and identify emerging search opportunities • Set up and maintain Ahrefs rank tracking for Share of Voice reporting • Own GA4 conversion goal setup and maintenance • Work directly with the Director of Demand Generation and collaborate with the content team and copywriters

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in SEO, content operations, or a combined digital marketing role • Hands-on experience with Ahrefs or SEMrush or equivalent (mandatory) • Comfortable in HubSpot CMS — publishing, managing blog posts, custom modules • Ability to read data and make prioritization decisions independently • Experience with Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or equivalent crawl tooling (nice to have) • Experience with Clearscope, Surfer SEO, or Frase (nice to have) • Familiarity with AirOps or similar AI content workflow tools (nice to have) • Must be based in Spain or one of the listed eligible U.S. states • Qualified applicants considered without regard to protected characteristics
