📋 Description

• Develop and operate infrastructure components, platform services, and automation solutions. • Design CI/CD environments and ensure deployment processes remain stable and secure. • Monitor systems, including monitoring, logging, and alerting. • Operate internal AI tooling and build an AI development harness. • Integrate models and internal data sources. • Evaluate and further develop AI-supported work processes. • Take responsibility for Kubernetes management, Infrastructure as Code, virtualization, storage, identity services, and platform operations. • Work across the IT infrastructure between the data center and the cloud, and between operations and development.

🎯 Requirements

• Apply DevOps principles and connect operations with development. • Experience with Kubernetes and Git. • Linux as your primary working environment. • Willingness to learn additional technologies within the stack. • Ability to write code, ideally in Go, or willingness to learn Go. • Interest in AI tools for everyday work; initial experience with LLM APIs, agent workflows, MCP, or evaluating AI outputs is a plus. • Structured approach to work and a focus on automating recurring tasks. • Strong commitment to quality. • Confident communication in German and English.
