📋 Description

• Engage directly with business stakeholders, VPs, clinical leads, and operations owners to identify ambiguous, high-value problems and translate them into AI opportunities • Define minimum viable AI solutions, map processes, identify opportunities to reduce friction and cost, and accelerate decisions • Create scoping documents and ROI estimates with clear success criteria • Design and build AI prototypes rapidly using Claude and modern AI development tools • Develop full-stack AI applications involving LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic workflows, REST APIs, and lightweight front-end interfaces • Own technical architecture from prompt design through data pipeline and user interface • Iterate using user feedback and move prototypes toward production-grade quality • Partner with AI Governance to validate and harden enterprise systems • Apply responsible AI practices including bias review, explainability, HIPAA compliance, audit logging, and model monitoring • Document solutions for handoff, scaling, and maintenance • Contribute reusable AI accelerators and patterns • Participate in client sprint reviews, steering committees, executive updates, demos, and business rhythm meetings • Communicate technical concepts to business leaders, surface risks and dependencies, and build trusted client relationships • Develop expertise in client workflows, data, competitive pressures, and regulatory environment • Generate healthcare problem hypotheses and share engagement learnings internally

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of healthcare industry experience • Hands-on health insurance operations or health system clinical and operational workflow experience • Proficiency with Claude as a development tool, including Claude API, prompt engineering, tool use, and agentic patterns • Ability to independently build and ship full-stack AI applications • Experience with LLM integration, RAG, agentic orchestration, REST API development, and lightweight front-end interfaces • Proven ability to move from business conversation to working AI prototype in days • Ability to explain technical solutions, costs, and business impact to healthcare executives • Experience participating in steering committees, executive briefings, and business rhythm meetings • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into scoped AI opportunities with inputs, outputs, and success criteria • Quantitative fluency for ROI and impact measurement • Strong preference for experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent frameworks • Working familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, claims data structures, HIPAA, CMS regulations, and FDA digital health guidance • Preferred forward-deployed, embedded, startup, health insurance technology, health system, reusable AI platform, AI governance, and responsible AI experience
