📋 Description

• Develop training content and programs focused on sales techniques and POS execution • Train brand promoters and field teams in customer approach, sales argumentation, conversion, and product displays • Deliver in-person and online training in the region • Plan training schedules according to commercial priorities • Monitor field team performance indicators to identify training needs • Propose development plans to improve execution and sales results • Ensure standardization of customer approach and POS execution practices • Support special initiatives, product launches, and campaigns with targeted training for the sales force • Measure training effectiveness through performance indicators and the development of the field team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communications, or related fields • Previous experience training sales teams or brand promoters • Experience in Trade Marketing, retail, or the consumer goods industry • Experience delivering in-person and online training • Technical knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint • Availability to travel • Ability to develop content, standardize POS best practices, and improve field team performance through strategic training
