📋 Description

• Lead the technical and operational governance of the equity and Stock Options program • Technically evaluate, audit, and validate reports from partner consulting firms • Improve company policies related to the equity program • Map market benchmarks and calibrate organizational structures • Analyze spans of control, hierarchical layers, and leadership levels by business unit • Develop organizational transition plans • Measure and project costs related to salary adjustments, job changes, and headcount expansion for the annual budget • Conduct salary surveys, market studies, and scenario simulations for Fixed and Variable Compensation • Monitor the ICP • Oversee the day-to-day operations and tactical management of Asaas's benefits package • Ensure that salary and job changes are aligned with technical criteria, internal equity, and governance • Prepare compensation analyses and technical recommendations to support leadership and Business Partners

🎯 Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with Long-Term Incentives in the Tech or Fintech ecosystem • Experience in Organizational Design and job structuring • Experience with salary surveys, Fixed/Variable Compensation studies, and payroll simulations • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including the development of models and dynamic simulations • Tactical understanding of day-to-day Benefits operations • Preferred: experience with tools or software for LTI/Stock Options management and governance • Preferred: experience with workforce planning and job evaluation/grading methodologies • Preferred: familiarity with Power BI or automation/AI tools • Preferred: postgraduate degree or specialization in Compensation or Finance
