The solution is designed to be easy to implement, customizable, and ensures that users are made aware of the importance of keeping their browsers up-to-date without being disruptive.

📋 Description

• Independent contribution to legal advice for business stakeholders in the DACH and Nordics regions, as well as selected European and international projects • Handling complex issues in food law (including EU law), competition and antitrust law, data protection/privacy, IP and compliance • Close collaboration with the Regulatory department on topics such as labeling, advertising statements and marketing claims • Legal support for strategically relevant topics across our production and supply chains (e.g. supplier contracts, compliance and governance structures) • Drafting, reviewing and commenting on contracts • Preparing well-founded legal opinions, decision papers and presentations for management and project teams • Conducting in-depth legal research on national and European legal questions • Coordinating and working substantively with external law firms at national and international levels • Contributing to group-wide projects, including governance topics, AI implementation and process optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in commercial law, regulatory matters and corporate strategy issues • Very good understanding of business contexts and a clear business- and solution-focused mindset • Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written; international experience or an LL.M. is a plus • Precise communication, strong analytical skills and a high standard of legal quality • Independent, structured and responsible working style • High level of commitment, discretion and professionalism • Very good MS Office skills and an interest in Legal Tech and digital working processes
