📋 Description

• Lead installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting activities for complex integrated systems • Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues independently • Provide onboard and remote technical support to customers and partners • Deliver technical training and guidance to customers and OEMs • Act as a senior escalation point for complex field issues • Mentor and support other technicians across the team • Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, service delivery and customer experience • Deliver complex technical solutions and exceptional customer experiences • Improve reliability, reduce repeat issues and contribute to customer and team success

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in system installation, commissioning, integration or advanced technical support • Qualifications in electrical, electronic or integrated systems, or equivalent practical experience • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems • Confidence working independently in remote and field-based environments • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills • Willingness to travel internationally as required • Ability to work remotely • Full, clean driver's licence
