📋 Description

• Monitor the Onboarding Pipeline to ensure a seamless transition at every stage • Ensure staff have a clear understanding of contract terms at the start of each assignment • Collaborate with the Client Services team on the staff’s first day • Support the onboarding team as needed • Conduct first and third-month discussions with staff, providing support as necessary • Document and address staff concerns promptly and accurately • Respond to staff queries through the Staff Services Helpdesk • Monitor, review, and approve staff time logs for each assignment • Collaborate with the Client Services team to maintain the quality of service delivery • Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency • Stay informed on voluntary benefits available to independent contractors • Conduct offboarding discussions to ensure proper notification • Guide staff through the offboarding process and coordinate with the offboarding team • Assist with post-offboarding concerns • Assist in preparing and monitoring client-requested reports

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in remote staff management, HR operations, or a related administrative role • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes • Proven ability to monitor staff time logs, conduct regular check-ins, and support employee engagement initiatives • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to documentation and follow-through • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when handling sensitive staff concerns • Proficiency in workflow and project management tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Monday.com, etc.) • Ability to recommend and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
